BOXING FITNESS & TECHNIQUE
Join one of our trainers for an hour of technique and cardio-building drills to reinforce the correct technique for boxing, maximizing your power and confidence. You’ll get a cardio workout while improving all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.

6 Week Pole Courses
Wouldn’t you love to workout and not even realise you’re building muscle and getting fit? That’s what a pole fitness course can do for you!
In our ‘Newbie’ course, you’ll be in a small group with all new polers, learning static and spinning pole tricks. You’ll build strength and body confidence by doing tricks you didn’t think possible!
Our instructor can break down all moves for you in a way for you to understand and apply easily.
This is a course that will give you so much more than a workout!
Our Pole Levels are:NewbieBeginner Intermediate Advanced

TABATA
Join one of our trainers for a 45 minute high intensity class, consisting of 8 x 20 second bursts and 10 second rests in 4 minute blocks. This is THE class to start your day high on endorphins!

This class can be modified to suit all levels and abilities.

Kids Self Defence
Kids Self Defence is based on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques and brilliant tool for teaching kids concentration, discipline and respect. It builds spatial awareness, and gives kids tools to stay safe in conflict situations. This is a safe and positive space for kids aged 8-16 years.
Kids classes are $10.
